The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for the week of August 2 suggests Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will get shocking news from Eric Forrester (John McCook).
Also coming up, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will get a disturbing group text from Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes). Plus, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will worry about access to his son and Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) will make a startling comment to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
Y&R spoilers tease Victoria and Ashland will canoodle together in New York. They’ll talk about taking a trip together. “Maybe we ought to book our trip to the Cote D’Azur right now,” Victoria says in the Y&R weekly preview. “We can leave after we get everything up and running with the merger,” Ashland will reply. “We can make it our honeymoon.”
Y&R Weekly Scoop – Abby Chancellor Needs To Get A Clue
At the Chancellor estate, Tessa will wonder aloud why Mariah would “send a bland group text over something so important.” It doesn’t seem like something her girlfriend would do. Tessa will say she doesn’t know what’s happening. But Abby will say she knows. “I do. Mariah’s not coming home.” This is just more proof that Abby needs to get a clue. Tessa’s right – Mariah would never do something so hurtful.
Early next week, Kyle will worry that if he tries to take on Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner), she’ll restrict access to his son. Although he’s sure she’s up to something, he will be hesitant to confront her. However, by Friday he may have changed his mind as rumor has it he’ll make a bold move.
Other Y&R spoilers show Summer Newman (Hunter King) will apologize to someone – but to whom? And after receiving Mariah’s strange text, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) will begin to worry about her daughter. Plus Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) stops Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) from striking back at Victoria.
Young And The Restless Scoop – Sally Spectra Asked Him For A Favor
Finally, Phyllis will get a big surprise when she learns just how involved Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) was in getting Summer the job in Italy. She’ll sit down with Eric Forrester (John McCook). “You’re here to dig for information,” he’ll say. “What’s Sally up to now?” Then of course, he’ll enlighten Phyllis with the fact that Sally took a trip out to LA to visit him.
Eric will tell her Sally asked him for a favor – to recommend Summer Newman (Hunter King) for the job at Marchetti in Italy. A shocked Phyllis will thank Eric and realize she finally has the goods on Sally. Then she’ll start her takedown by sending Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) a photo of herself with Angelina and Eric. But will both Tara and Sally get their comeuppance this week?
